Total, approximate retail value of all prizes: $3.630.00 CLAIMING PRIZE: The winner will be notified by email only and will be required to respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. This unverified winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of the date of receipt of such documents or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor will provide all applicable information for the winner concerning prize redemption details. Winner must make arrangements with GGMI's prize sponsors by February 15, 2009 to reserve travel dates and or the prize will be automatically forfeited. GGMI will provide applicable information in regards to corresponding with prize sponsors upon notification of award. Gift cards will be mailed to winner in advance of travel via federal express. Prize must be used between February 1, 2009 and December 1, 2009. Travel is non-transferable and blackout dates and restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer or cash alternative permitted, except by GGMI or its sponsors due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Unless specified otherwise by GGMI, no cash will be awarded. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on travel.
